Vesmond 由 Moonight AI, Inc.（一家于加拿大不列颠哥伦比亚省注册成立的公司，以下称「我们」）运营。使用本网站及其订阅服务，即表示你同意本服务条款。如有疑问，请联系 support@vesmond.com。
2. 服务说明2. Description of service
Vesmond 提供基于公开信息的投资研究记录，涵盖每日汇总、研究报告、财报、基本面·投资论文、管理层与巴菲特指标六类研究资产，按 Basic / Pro / Ultra 三档订阅提供不同范围的访问权限。
3. 订阅与计费3. Subscription & billing
Basic 档位免费，可读取全部公司的每日汇总，并任选 1 家公司解锁完整六件研究资产（每 30 天可更换一次）。 Pro 与 Ultra 为付费订阅，按月或按年计费，通过 Stripe 处理付款。截至本页发布时，Pro 上线价为每月 $9.99 或每年 $99.9；Ultra 上线价为每月 $19.99 或每年 $199.9。
已订阅用户的限时价格在其订阅持续有效期间维持不变——即便未来限时窗口结束、门市价上调，你已锁定的价格不受影响； 若订阅取消后再重新订阅，则适用重新订阅时的当期价格。
4. 取消与退款4. Cancellation & refunds
你可以随时取消订阅。取消后，你的访问权限将保留至当前计费周期结束，不作按比例退款。我们不提供未使用时长的部分退款。

Vesmond 的全部内容为研究过程记录，不构成投资建议，不构成任何证券的买卖要约。详见法律声明。

请勿共享账户凭证、抓取或转售本网站内容。我们保留在滥用行为下暂停或终止账户的权利。
7. 保证免责7. Disclaimer of warranties
本服务及其全部内容按「现状」与「现有」基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性或不侵权的默示保证。我们不保证内容的准确性、完整性或及时性，也不保证服务不中断、及时、安全或无错误。你自行承担使用本服务的风险。
The service and all its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content is accurate, complete, or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You use the service at your own risk.
8. 责任限制8. Limitation of liability
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，Moonight AI, Inc. 及其董事、员工与关联方对因使用或无法使用本服务而产生的任何间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害（包括但不限于投资损失、利润损失、商誉或数据损失）概不负责，无论基于何种责任理论。在任何情况下，我们就本服务对你承担的累计责任总额，不超过你在引起索赔的事件发生前十二（12）个月内就本服务实际向我们支付的金额。部分司法管辖区不允许排除或限制某些损害赔偿，故上述限制在法律不允许的范围内可能不适用于你。
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Moonight AI, Inc. and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to investment losses, lost profits, goodwill, or lost data) arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the service, under any theory of liability. In no event shall our aggregate liability to you for the service exceed the amount you actually paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
9. 适用法律与争议9. Governing law & disputes
本条款受不列颠哥伦比亚省法律管辖并据其解释（不适用其法律冲突规则）。因本条款或本服务引起的或与之相关的任何争议，双方同意提交至该省有管辖权的法院处理，但强制性消费者保护法赋予你的权利不受影响。
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada (without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in that province, without prejudice to any rights granted to you by mandatory consumer-protection law.
